Doctors ? The doctors working in the various departments in the PHI are experienced having regional, national and international recognition. Each department is sufficiently staffed for maximum patient care and safety.
Nurses: Nurses serving in each section of PHI are fully trained and experienced nurses who can provide the best nursing care to the most sick patient.
Other supportive staff: All technicians and administration staff are fully qualified and trained in their respective areas.
Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD): The CSSD of PHI is equipped with two large steam sterilizers supplied by M/s Machine ? Fabric from Mumbai (German Technology). The non heat sterilization is done by Plasma Sterilizer which utilizes the latest technology using non- toxic hydrogen peroxide to sterilize the various equipments and instruments. This unit is supplied by M/s Johnson & Johnson and is the first unit of this nature in Kerala.
